Microsoft Learning has released several "What's new in SQL Server Clinic" training courses.  They are 1 hour web-based Clinics focusing on several areas of the upcoming SQL Server 2008 Platform.  Some of the training is focused on the SQL Server Administrator while others are focused on the Developer (Visual Studio .NET).

Again, they are currently (at the time of this posting) free, so take advantage of them while you can.  They are "Virtual Labs", which means that you do not have to installing anything beyond an Active-X control that will allow you access the Virtual Servers.
