This short video by Beth Massi, shows one of the beat new features of Visual Basic.NET 2008, in which you can build XML Documents "in-line" using the Visual Basic IDE. This has to be one of the neatest new features in Visual Studio 2008, and although the C# Language doesn't have the same feature built into the IDE, you can still accomplish the same end goal.
The video is short at 15 minutes, and she does a great job in demonstrating how the new features work.
