I received an readers request in reply to Post that I made on an Advanced Lifecycle Management (ALM) asking for training resources. I just looked into it and it turns out that the Visual Studio Team System group has released a bunch of Freely Available Virtual Labs, which are great for learning basic concepts. Now, they haven't released any labs, that I have found, that fully encompass all of the parts of ALM, but a few of them, based on the descriptions that I have read, might be a good start. Either way, the price is right (FREE), and with the cost of training these days, that's a great bargain.
