  My question may not be relevant to this posting but out of desperation I am posting this here hoping Shelton can provide any clue.
  Are different profiles created in Outlook 2007 have different Email accounts in the Exchange server. Or are they just existing as profiles in Outlook with no individual mail boxes. Or does each have their own specific Exchange mail IDs.
  My questions may appear random. What Iam trying to accomplish is i have 4 users in Active Directory. While developing workflow for Sharepoint I have many sendmail tasks. For these I want to use the same users from Active directory(having no mail accounts in Exchange) as profiles in Outlook and each one having their individual mail boxes (if provided by outlook). I wonder if this is feasible.

  Actually, I have a similar setup in my Virtual Machine for Development, but I don't use MS Exchange (too heavy for a Development Virtual Machine), instead I use a simple SMTP/POP3 Email setup with Outlook connecting to it from multiple Email Profiles. I am almost certain that you can do the same thing with Exchange Server, since which profile you use is determined on the Client Machine and not at the Exchange Server.
  
  The one thing that you have to remember when you setup the multiple mail profiles on your client machine, is to not have any of them "auto login", otherwise you will always be logged into the same account and will not be able to "easily" switch profiles. The one thing that I should preface this comment with is that I am using Outlook 2007, but I believe the setup is the same for Outlook 2003 regarding having multiple profiles. I am almost sure of it.
