I've just finished watching a great discussion and demonstration with Scott Guthrie the VP of Web Development for Microsoft, where he talks about Silverlight 2.0 (what it can do, what's in it, and to some degree the plans around it).  The best part is about 15 or so minutes into the discussion he shows a very simple but powerful Silverlight 2.0 demonstration.

I think that Silverlight 2.0 will be wonderful for .NET Developers who want/need to build Rich Internet Applications (RIA).
