This is a nice, basic-level, demonstration on how to get Silverlight 2 BETA installed on a SharePoint/MOSS 2007 Server. He also shows some basic examples of how to build Silverlight-based web parts. It's about an hour long, but most of it is demonstration (step-by-step), which I like. It's a bit Kludgie, but Silverlight 2 is still in Beta and SharePoint doesn't "naturally" support it. However, it's good to see.
