  First of all, i would like to thank you for your videos. I learned a lot from them. cuz i'm learning SharePoint Workflow development. And now i'm sorry to ask for your help here.
  
  I came to a problem with Document Library workflow development. I created some content types for different tasks for the document approval workflow. and i added a choice column to let managers to choose approve or reject. So i'm gonna get that value in the workflow to see whether he/she has approved. but when i use taskProperties.ExtendedProperties["Manager Approve"] to get that value, there's a null exception. So how can I get that value? Could you please help me?

  Thanks for your kind note. If you look for the link on the navigation of my blog for my Free workshops you will find that I did a series of workshops on SharePoint workflow. In one of them, I show how to get the value of a field, by using the Fields array, via the SharePoint API. I can't remember which one it was exactly, but I think it was the 4th one, but to answer your question: You can either use the Field Name, or the Array of Field values.

  How can I control the column permission of a list?
  
  Since I created different content type for different users, it will give different editForms for different users, but I want control some columns in the editform to be read-only. Is there any ways to do this?

  Although Velocity has made progress from CTP1 to CTP2, it still leaves much to be desired. It will be some time before they provide all the important features in a distributed cache and even longer before it is tested in the market. I wish them good luck.
  
  In the meantime, NCache already provides all CTP2 & V1, and many more features. NCache is the first, the most mature, and the most feature-rich distributed cache in the .NET space. NCache is an enterprise level in-memory distributed cache for .NET and also provides a distributed ASP.NET Session State. Read Distributed Caching For .NET and other related material to gain a better understanding of how it works.
  
  NCache Express is a totally free version of NCache. Read .NET Cache.
